Not Hard to Grasp!

I have been playing drums professionally for more than forty years. In 2006 I experienced an arm injury that I suspect was caused by playing drums. I began to notice that much of the effort that I was putting forth had to do with simply holding on to the drumstick, or keeping it from slipping as I played. While being treated for this injury, Dr. Ryan Minarick asked me to bring in a stick, and to demonstrate the motion that I was using. He commented that the source of my injury appeared to be the tension point at the index finger and the thumb, which was being transferred to the tendons further up my arm. Dr. Minarick suggested that I search for a grip device to reduce the tension caused by holding on to a slippery surface. After nearly four years of trying virtually every grip material available, I have discovered something that I believe will benefit many drummers. On first glance, this material appears to be similar to common household or surgical tubing. However, the material used in the Convertagrip has been formulated specifically for superior elasticity, lightness and grip enhancing characteristics. This unique drumstick grip is now available to drummers everywhere. I hope you will find an opportunity try it out, and "experience the grip advantage"!
